Proving that they must not have read the comments of the viewers very closely (maybe there weren't any?), I will appear for my 2nd State Bar of Texas sponsored webcast tomorrow afternoon entitled:

Proving/Defending a Discrimination Case: Retaliation and the New Landscape after White v Burlington Northern.

As last year, the State Bar did have the good sense to make sure that there were others who would ensure that it was a quality program. On the panel with me are:
