(Un)Equal Treatment for Resume Fraud


Professor Paul Secunda, one of a duo of law profs that repeatedly provides top flight information at Workplace Prof Blog, has the best comment I have seen about the resignation of Radio Shack's CEO, Resume Fraud at the Highest Level.

The most salient point:
Would a rank-and-file Radio Shack employee been given this same kid-glove treatment [$1 million severance] if they falsified their resume?
Gimme a break.
Yep, that pretty much nails it.
