Most Wrongful Termination Cases Are Really Cases of Bad Hiring


That is at least what most employment lawyers who defend companies believe. And although he doesn't put it in those terms, Jeff Bezos of Amazon at least knows the importance of the hiring process:
I'd rather interview 50 people and not hire anyone than hire the wrong person. Cultures aren't so much planned as they evolve from that early set of people.
