How's Your Training Program?

Training 'a waste of time', say one in three workers, that's according to a survey by the British consultancy Hudson as reported in Management Issues. (A hat-tip to the TP! wire service for the link.) And to make it worse 12% thought the training was a 'total waste of time.'

Doesn't say much for training does it --- of course that's across the pond -- but anyone want to put much money that results would be different if American workers were surveyed?
