Computech, a Bingham Farms, Michigan computer staffing company is dealing with an H-1B bill, but it doesn't have anything to do with extending or amending lesiglation, it's more the old fashioned "now due" variety. The Department of Labor is pursuing the company for allegedly underpaying workers it brought to the U.S. for short term assignments. According to the Detroit Free Press story,
