Arbitration and ERISA - Another Thing to Worry About?


Any time you throw benefits law into the mix, things just seem to get more complicated. Although most now feel fairly comfortable with the contours of mandatory arbitration, the interaction between ERISA and the FAA is still somewhat murky, at least in some circuits.
