According to a survey done for The Conference Board, America's workers satisfaction at their employment has hit an all time low, with less than 50% saying they are satisfied. The story in the Houston Business Journal doesn't help those of us in Texas either, as the two regions with the most dissatisfaction are New England and the West South Central states, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
