Whistleblowers Have A Good Week - Part II


Linda Fagan, a former chief resident in the OB/GYN program discharged six months before she finished her residency, an act her attorney says was the "ultimate blackball, obtained a $2.5 million jury verdict from the Stamford Hospital. She maintained, and the jury agreed, that her termination was a result of her complaints about the lack of training that she and the other OB/GYN residents were receiving.
