Million Dollar Verdict In the Making?


Usually the report doesn't come until the end of a trial, but Andrew Wolfe, of New Hampshire's The Telegraph has a good story on the arguments being made by both sides that stems from an incident in 1992. Intercepted phone calls, retaliation, cover up are all thrown in the mix. A lot will depend on the witnesses credibility no doubt, but this is one of those cases where if the jury believes the plaintiff's version of events, there could well be a large verdict.
